Extension matching is case-insensitive. You don’t need to add bothCR3 and cr3 — entering either one will match files with that extension regardless of how the camera wrote it.
Filters apply at the indexing stage. When Copycat scans your source folder, it skips any file that doesn’t match the filter list. Files that aren’t indexed won’t appear in results and can’t be copied, even if they’re physically present in the folder.
Clearing filters restores full indexing. Remove all entries from the filter field and save to go back to indexing every file type in the source folder.
Extension filters don’t apply to the destination folder — Copycat only filters what it indexes from the source. Files already in the destination are not affected.
